Pre-season scrimmages.
The Maryland International Soccer Club has scheduled 3 pre-season scrimmages through the Opdea Soccer Academy. The scrimmages will be held at Miller’s Field, 9110 Piscataway Road, Clinton, MD 20735. We have the following dates set for scrimmages: March 18, March 25, and April 1, from 10:30 AM – 12 PM. Students are asked to wear their MIDS Gym Uniform for the Scrimmages. 

The scrimmages are set up as Round Robin game play.  The teams play for 15 minutes, then they switch the teams they play against, the other teams will be from the county recreation league (e.g. Clinton Jets, Ft Washington Cannons). The players will have a have break (15 mins.) and then they play again against another team.  No one plays a full game against any team, as it is about them having fun and being exposed to different teams for short period, as well as exposing the new kids to the spirit of competition.

The following age groups present:   3 fields.
Pee Wee’s (ages 5-7)
8U (ages 7-8)
10U (age 8-10)
12U (ages 10-12)

2. Maryland International Soccer Club Website has been updated with all the required forms. 
Please visit our website and complete/ return all 3 required forms (liability, medical, and registration) NO LATER THAN Monday, March 20, 2017.

3. 2017 Official Coaches:

4. Mandatory Parent Meeting:
Thursday, March 23, 2017 4:30 PM. Players will still have practice.

5. Fees:
We have a couple players attending the practices that have not paid the club fee. Please make sure to make your payment if you have not already done so.
Returning Matadors Players $50.00
Registering Players $150.00
