Age Requirements
MIDS considers age as a factor in determining the grade placement of young students. The table displays our placement consideration of new students.

| Pre-K | 4 years old by September 1 |
| Kindergarten | 5 years old by September 1 |
| Grades 1 through 8 | Academic level considered if age differs from usual age of students in the class. |
